JIRNODHHAR OF SHREE AJITNATH TEMPLE

Shri Ajitnath Bhagwan Jain Temple is one the most beautiful jain temple of Kutch.It was built almost 150 years ago at the sea shore of Mandvi Kutch.

The temple is situated on a small hill right on the beach of Mandvi Kutch.The sorrounding is very peaceful and serene.

The renovation work on a very small scale was started by Mr.JRD Shah in the year 1998.This was the first philanthropy project done by Mr.JRD Shah at Mandvi Kutch. 

Kutch was devasteted by an earth quake in the year 2001.The Ajitnathji Jain Temple was also damaged in the eathquake.A full fledged renovation work of the temple was done in the year 2007 to 2009.

The original glory of the temple is now restored and a colourful glass work is done inside the whole temple.

The Ajitnathji Jain Temple,Mandvi Kutch is a must visit for every Jain who is visiting Kutch.
