Shri Mandvi Bhagini mandar, Renovation Project.

I had been to Mandvi on 15th feb and had detailed discussion with trustees of Bhagini Mandal about the steps to be taken to make it self sustainable financially in the time to come.

We discussed what is the funding requirement every year to maintain their activities. It was worked out as given below:
1. Play centre ( Ramakada Ghar):
They have 30 to 35 children in Play Center. They charge Rs.100 per month per child.
Their annual shortfall is Rs.42,000.
They need a Fixed Deposit Of Rs.6,00,000 so that they earn annual interest of Rs.42,000 out of which they can run Play Center in the time to come.

Bal Mandir ( Pre School):
They have around 12 children now who are to be prepared for school Admission interviews for getting admission in a good school of Mandvi.
They intend to start a new batch for them and add another 18 to 20 children to make a batch of 30 to 35 children who will be trained in Bal Mandir.

The Bal Mandir will prepare the children to successfully appear in a School interview for admission in Nursery.

The fees charged by Bhagini Mandal is Rs.100 per child per month.

Their annual shortfall is Rs.42,000.
They need a Fixed deposit of Rs.6,00,000 to get annual interest of Rs.42,000 to run the Bal Mandir in the time to come.

Similarly they intend to start SHIVAN CLASSES to teach stitching, ambroidery etc to women so that they become financially independent.

They need Rs.36,000 per year to finance SHIVAN Class.

They need a Fixed deposit of Rs.5,00,000 to get the annual interest to run the classes for all time to come.

We request you to donate this amount either by way of taking a Fixed Deposit in the name of Bhagini Mandal or you may take out Fixed Deposit in your name and instruct the Bank to credit the interest to Bhagini Mandal Bank Account.
